#1: Turn Off Antivirus and Try opening the File again

#2: Reset Network Data File (ND)
ND, or network data file, is a configuration file for network and server settings. If the file is damaged or contains incorrect data, it can cause QuickBooks desktop error 6129 and many other issues. You can simply rename the file extension, which will force QuickBooks to create a new one with default configuration.
- Go to the QuickBooks company folder
- Look for a file with .ND file extension and rename the extension. You can add .OLD at the end of it.
