Ingredients

Main

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Balsamic glaze

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar glaze

Steps

1.      Preheat the grill

Preheat the grill to 400°F.

2.      Prep the pork tenderloin

Trim off any silver skin and excess fat from the pork tenderloin.

3.      Make the dry rub

Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and coriander in a bowl.

4.      Season the pork tenderloin

Spread olive oil over the entire surface of the pork tenderloin and then sprinkle seasoning over the entire surface.

5.      Make the glaze

In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in the balsamic glaze. Remove from heat and stir to combine.

6.      Grill the pork tenderloin

Place the pork tenderloin directly on the grill grates and cook for approximately 20-25 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, start glazing the pork with the butter/glaze mixture every 5 minutes.

7.      Rest and slice the grilled pork tenderloin

Once pork reaches 145˚F internal temperature, remove from the grill, glaze once again, and let rest for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
